You're probably excited, frantically searching through websites and looking at lots of different Miniature Schnauzer puppies to adopt!
This is your first puppy and you need everything to be perfect!
Never owned a Miniature Schnauzer puppy before?
Understandably, you may feel a little overwhelmed, especially if this is your first puppy, or you've never owned puppies before.
And you're probably worried you've forgotten something...
Sit back, relax and use our free puppy checklist below:
- Food dish
- Water bowl, or reservoir
- Some puppy food
- A collar and engraved tag (name, adress & contact number)
- A lead / leash (strong and that will last a long time)
- A harness (ideally, one for both walking & car use)
- A crate (bedding, transportation, time-outs)
- Bedding (something bite-proof that will fit in the crate.)
- Grooming products (a soft brush will be suitable for a puppy)
- Toys (kongs, wubbas and indestructible balls)
- Teeth cleaning products (get him used to them now!)
- Flea and worm treatments (your vet will advise!)
- Training treats (to reward him for good behaviour)
