Archie takes a minute away from his hectic schedule to chew up a shoe. *Sigh* being a Miniature Schnauzer is such hard work….

I love the way his little paws hold each edge of the shoe in place! So cute!

My mini loves to chew things up too. She got into my daughter’s easter bag and dug out plastic eggs to chew on. We caught her quickly, because we know a few seconds away usually equals trouble for our little Ginny girl. And she holds her bones and other chew objects the same way. They look like they have real hands!

This is exactly the same with Archie. If he’s out of the room, quiet we KNOW he’s up to no good. Usually rummaging through a bin – or chewing up a shoe in this case!

Archie! Somehow the texture and the taste/smell of shoes is sooo attractive it is hard to keep mouth and paws away from them….

I accidentally left my felt slippers out when I left for work and when I came back home I was pleasantly surprised that she had not chewed them! Does this mean that Betsy will leave all shoes alone?

My 5 month old Mini LOVEs to chew on everything. From toys to tree roots to clothes D: It is so hard to break them from it too D:
